Transmission Channels: Communication records dispatched through our secure direct routing pipeline (including verified WhatsApp business API endpoints).
Technical Telemetry: Standard IP addresses, device identifiers, and session data collected via strictly operational cookies.

2. Purpose & Legal Basis for Processing

Your data is processed in accordance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU & UK), and applicable cross-border employment treaties to:

Assess candidate suitability for global executive roles.
Facilitate cross-border regulatory clearances (EU Blue Card, UK Visa Sponsorship routing).
Execute corporate B2B agreements for workforce and co-working facilities.

3. Third-Party Routing & Disclosure

We do not monetize, sell, or rent your data. Transmission only occurs to:

Direct hiring partner enterprises upon mutual candidate calibration.
Authorized communication infrastructure partners (e.g., Meta/WhatsApp platform).
Statutory compliance bodies for mandated tax, ESI, and PF filings.

4. User Rights & Data Deletion

        By accessing the Bluewhales portal or submitting operational parameters, enterprises and candidates agree to the mutual terms outlined herein.
      

1. Scope of Services

Bluewhales operates as an independent talent acquisition partner, workforce consultancy, and international staffing coordinator. We facilitate connections between corporate entities and elite professionals under our structured frameworks (TalentBridge, WorkforcePro, and EnterpriseHub).

2. No Guarantee of Placement or Performance

While Bluewhales employs multi-tier algorithmic and psychometric vetting:

We do not guarantee permanent placement for candidates who submit credentials.
Enterprises retain sole final discretion for hiring and subsequent employee performance management.

3. Candidate & Client Warranties

Parties submitting information certify that all work history, degrees, licensing, visa credentials, and corporate requirements provided are authentic and truthful. Misrepresentation results in immediate termination of the recruitment pipeline.

4. Intellectual Property

All framework matrices, branding marks, editorial publications, algorithms, and designs on this domain are the exclusive intellectual property of Bluewhales Global Inc. Unauthorized duplication is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and all associated engagement contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of India. Any formal legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
